Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Male not more than 45 years old
- With minimum 3 years experience
- With Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Have handled blue collar workforce
- Experience w/ facility design, maintenance and optimization.
- Knowledge on maintenance of HVAC, chillers, packages, FCU, dx units and storages (pharma products)
- Maintenance of mech platforms, dock levelers, Pumps, shutter doors, knowledge in project management of staff and spare parts handling
- Facilities Management or Maintenance management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards
- Good communication
- Knowledgeable on Autodesk Applications (AutoCAD or REVIT)
- Knowledgeable on MS Office Applications
- Experience on CMMS Applications for Maintenance

- Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
