BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Proven experience as a BMS Technician or similar role in facilities management.
• Practical knowledge of BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to attend additional training to stay up-to-date with new technologies

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and configuration of BMS hardware and software.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on BMS equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in BMS and related control systems.
• Update system documentation and logs with the latest operational and maintenance activities.
• Assist BMS Engineers in the calibration of systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with facility management to implement system modifications and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols when working on BMS equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to other facility staff regarding BMS operations
