Bagging Machine Technicians

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the FFS machines according to the highest safety and reliability standards.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on the FFS machines and palletizers according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and company standards.
• Identify and repair any faults or malfunctions with the FFS machines and palletizers’ electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Test and calibrate the FFS machines’ components and functions using various tools and instruments.
• Document and report any packaging activities, issues, or recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene rules and regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, or relocation of new or existing FFS machines and palletizers as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians or operators as needed.
• Maintaining and repairing of all machines and installations on the logistics site.
• Ensure the efficient flow of maintenance, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure to minimize machine downtime.
• Controlled use of the spare parts warehouse and workshop area
• Problem-solving during operational difficulties
• Assist machine operators in running machines and installations
• Apply to all applicable rules and regulations related to Maintenance
• Equipment to be maintained but not limited to: Automatic FFS bagging machines, Belt conveyors, Palletize machine including connected equipment such as Check weight, Bag rejection system, Glue applicator, Slip sheet dispenser.
• Equipment to be maintained but not limited to: Shrink frame / stretch machine, Roller conveyors, Belt throwers, Pallet inverter, Stretch wrap machine
