IT ADMINISTRATOR MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Graduate in IT or any related course
Responsibilities:
- Direct the integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing.
- Manage the system configuration and operations.
- Provide work direction and participate in the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electronic communications and other various systems.
- Responsible for database back up.
- Keeping all computer equipment running smoothly as well as ensuring that staffs are able to interact with equipment successfully.
- Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issues resolution.
- Comply with Software, Hardware and Operating system requirements.
- Provide advanced technical support to staff.
- Install and test computer-related equipment.
- Administer infrastructure, including firewalls, data base, malware protection software and other processors.
- Create and maintain database of all IT related devices.
- Maintain and develop the ICT infrastructure to ensure best value and to support fit for purpose systems and solutions.
- Maintain local and wide area networks and support remote working.
- Implement and develop policies relating to ICT, Information and Security.
- Deliver the Statutory roles and licensing requirements relating to ICT, Information
and Security.
