Safety & Security Manager

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/s College degree in Criminology or any related course
  Must be a Registered Criminologist or equivalent
• Around five (5) years of managerial experience handling security and safety; preferably with relevant experience in Armed Forces or Protective Services
• Experience with private village or Industrial complex security an advantage
• Must have good working knowledge of management practices and principles
• Knowledgeable of all emergency policies and procedures to ensure appropriate response in case of emergency situations.
• Knowledgeable of basic computer operation such as Microsoft office, email, CCTV operation, tracking device

Responsibilities

• Position will oversee the overall project site security and safety operation. This includes handling third-party employees for security, managing incidents and concerns within the project site premises, and spearheading preventive measures.
• Oversees security teams, Oversees of emergency preparedness and administration of safety and clean, healthy environment
• Implements security and safety training, coordination and security audit
• Writing and submitting security, safety and environment reports
• Responds to disciplinary problems involving tenants and fellow staff members calmly and reasonably, while maintaining accurate record of the problem
