I.T Executive / Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent in IT;
  • Knowledge in POS / AS 400 / LAN / WAN / SQL / IMS / Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse
  • Experience in managing help desk in a retail/supermarket environment would be an added advantage;
  • Able to lead / supervise a team of IT Support Staff.
  • Able to repair & maintain existing PC both the software and hardware.

Responsibilities:

  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Implement security measures and Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
