FACILITY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration OR Management from a fully accredited and reputed University; OR alternate qualification, B.Sc. in the discipline field together with diploma/certificate business administration and/or management from a fully accredited and reputed University or approved institution.
• Must have experience in effective decision making, Facility Management and administration, human resource personnel management, contract administration and data processing.
• Must also have good interpersonal skills and leadership ability, with proven track record in developing people, work and task planning, effective communications, cost effectiveness, team building, developing initiatives and excellent job knowledge.
• Must show good behavioral learning, job flexibility, and analytical nature.

Requirements:
