Male Executive Secretary

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive secretary / Personal Assistant/ Office Manager, to high ranked executive (CEO, VP, VC, MD,Chairman)
  • Knowledge of Office management, basic accounting and finance procedures, searching and reporting, MS Office package, MS Project, and ERPs
  • Directly reporting to Chairman, President, Vice President or Director

Responsibilities:

  • An executive secretary’s duties may include conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, arranging meetings, and performing clerical function.
  • An executive secretary may also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff4. An executive secretary needs to have good communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
