Nurse assistant / Care worker
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in Hospital or Clinic is required.
- Bachelors/College Degree holder in Nursing or caregiving course graduate.
- Passer of Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese, or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4 or above
- Passer of Nursing care Japanese language evaluation test
- Passer of Nursing Care skills evaluation test
- Ex-trainees or Ex-EPA welcomed
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of patients and assist their medical needs according to nurses’ instructions
- Helping patients move and transfer from bed to wheelchair, and vice versa
- Supporting and assisting nurses
- Support patients with their activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, glooming, etc.)
- Assisting with recreation and functional training, etc.
- Performing other tasks that will improve the patient’s well-being and safety
