Nurse assistant / Care worker

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in Hospital or Clinic is required.
• Bachelors/College Degree holder in Nursing or caregiving course graduate.
• Passer of Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese, or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4 or above
• Passer of Nursing care Japanese language evaluation test
• Passer of Nursing Care skills evaluation test
• Ex-trainees or Ex-EPA welcomed

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of patients and assist their medical needs according to nurses’ instructions
• Helping patients move and transfer from bed to wheelchair, and vice versa
• Supporting and assisting nurses
• Support patients with their activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, glooming, etc.)
• Assisting with recreation and functional training, etc.
• Performing other tasks that will improve the patient’s well-being and safety
