Qualifications:

• Can commit to undergo Japanese Language Training upon selection. The training is FREE OF CHARGE.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in the semicon-/ electronics-manufacturing industry.
• No 2-year employment gap; Candidates’ last employment in the semicon-/ electronics-manufacturing industry must not be 2 years ago.
• Must be a graduate of any 4- or 5-year course. ETEEAP is okay.
• Preferred skills set for this batch focuses on mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting for the machines used in the production site.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT SUITEABLE FOR THIS JOB POST:

• Candidates who are working on items that are not in the semicon-/ electronics-manufacturing industry like textiles, plastic products, sales, food products, customer service/BPO, etc.
• Candidates who last worked in a semicon-/ electronics-manufacturing company back in 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, or so.
• Candidates who graduated a 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year course.
• Candidates whose job is more inclined to managerial / supervisory tasks without being hands-on in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Duties and pertaining tasks in the processes of ceramic capacitors.
• Measuring using measuring instruments, conversion of contraction percentage to the firing actual temperature, controlling records, and educational trainings.
• Proposal and implementation of process improvements (on safety, quality and efficiency).
• Training of technical intern trainees.
