General Technician

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC and AC ducts.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment
• Clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel.
• Perform maintenance activities in hotel public areas like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Ensuring that Engineering systems running safely.
• Records and loges all meter readings on daily basis and report irregularities.
• Carries out appropriate energy conservation and control in order to reduce energy cost in the hotel.
• Develop systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety measures in the entire hotel.
• Ensure Repairs and Maintenance are done on time and keep budget for the same.
