Global English School is seeking qualified and passionate Kindergarten / Pre-School Teachers for deployment to Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the educational and developmental needs of young learners.

KINDERGARTEN / PRE SCHOOL TEACHER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Candidates must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Education, preferably major in Early Childhood Education or Pre-School Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Kindergarten, Nursery, or Pre-School Teacher.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood learning principles and classroom management techniques.
• Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences and classroom activities.
• Patient, creative, organized, and passionate about child development and education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging lessons and educational activities for young learners.
• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Teach basic literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills appropriate for early childhood education.
• Monitor and assess student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior among students.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Prepare instructional materials, visual aids, and educational resources to support learning objectives.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the classroom environment.
• Participate in school programs, meetings, training, and professional development activities.
• Follow school policies, educational standards, and child protection guidelines at all times.
