FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years work experience on the same field
• The ideal candidate will be a well presented, enthusiastic and trendy team supervisor with an outgoing and friendly attitude

Job Description:

• Supervise the restaurant staff of the area he/she is responsible for to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding food hygiene and safety
• Participate in staff training in customer service, sales, and operational procedures
• Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors
• Ensure that the outlets meets all sanitation and safety regulations
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
