Production Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
  • For this batch, the client prefer those who are able to speak N3 level Nihongo.
  • Having a Japanese Language skills is plus
  • Strong experience in machine operation and machine maintenance

Job Description:

  • Duties and pertaining tasks in the each processes of ceramic capacitors.
  • Measuring using measuring instruments, conversion of contraction percentage to the firing actual temperature, controlling records, and educational trainings.
  • Duties and pertaining tasks in the mixing, slip casting, printing, nail pulling drilling, and layering process of multilayer chip inductor manufacturing.
  • Daily/periodical inspection and parts exchange of the facility, machine adjustment and specification conversion, and identifying underlying causes for machine failure.
  • Proposal and implementation of process improvements (on safety, quality and efficiency).
  • Data analysis, countermeasures and improvements.
  • Training of technical intern trainees.
  • Training tasks (technical guidance and safety and health education).
  • Duties in the characteristic segregation/automatic appearance inspection process processes in the
    manufacture of multilayer chip inductors
  • Equipment production condition setup, equipment maintenance and error rate improvement
