Metal Fabricator
Qualifications:
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components
- Experienced in welding (GMAW, FCAW, SMAW), oxy-acetylene, plasma cutting, and grinding
- Knowledgeable in handling various metal types (e.g., heavy structural, mild steel)
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure, cut, bend, and assemble metal parts with accuracy
- Perform welding using GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and operate oxy-acetylene and plasma cutters
- Grind and finish fabricated parts to meet project specifications
- Handle various metals such as heavy structural steel and mild steel
