Warehouse Staff
Qualifications:
- Filipino resident and permanent resident of the Philippines (applicants currently working abroad are welcome to apply)
- Completed at least a 2-year vocational course/training in Warehousing
- At least 2 years of Forklift Operation and ideally working experience in warehousing and logistics
- Willing to work in shifts
- Ideally possessing a valid forklift license
- The candidate must be flexible, dependable, and physically resilient
- Good communication and computer skills
- Having a good knowledge of English and German
- With A2 certification in the German Language, or willing to undergo 3-4 months of German Language (A2) and Culture Training Program in Subic Bay (boarding school)
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting goods and posting the incoming goods in SAP
- Checking the delivery notes and orders
- Creating reports for damaged goods
- Picking and packaging items according to customer order
- Loading and unloading trucks using the forklift
- Documenting the outgoing shipments in SAP
- Creating shipping documents

A Graduate with Bachelor degree in Customs Administration back in 2002, with over 10 yrs experience in field of Logistic in a varied role, from Shipbuilding Construction, Shipping Marine operation, Transport & Warehousing to Fleet Handling & Repairs.
Knowledge in Procurement process as well as Purchasing function with experience in SAP, GWP, 5s and warehouse inventory using complex data with the aid of MS office system.
Further with experience and Knowledge in Import & Export process and procedures, from Booking outgoing cargoes to preparing and gathering shipping Docs i.e Proforma Invoice, BL, AWB, HBL, MBL, Shipping Note Delivery Note and as well as securing import & Export permit.
With experience in Container Loading and Unloading, with Knowledge in securing Phyto Sanitary Permits Fumigation certificates for wooden box for export. With skills and experience driving Forklifts both Diesel & Electric profiled units and hold Diver License.
Knowledge in PMS as well as to conduct spot Engine trouble shoot and with skills in Welding and Steel Fabrication, with Experience in First Aid, Elementary Fire Fighting, CPR and with English Business Training and can communicate in English both Oral & Verbal form.
