TECHNICAL OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the agricultural or food manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining packaging machines
  • Able to work in cold environments (−21°C and 4°C)
  • Skilled in both electrical and mechanical tasks
  • Knowledgeable in forklift handling (highly preferred)
  • Hands-on, flexible, and willing to perform physical work
  • Open to shifting schedules and overtime during peak seasons
  • Vocational graduate in Electro-mechanical, Engineering, or a related course.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operating, installations, and adjustments to ensure the line operates optimally.
  • Expertise in setting up equipment such as labeling machines, sealing machines, sleeve lines (steam tunnel & sleeve applicator), neck sleeve applicators, etc.
  • Anticipates needs and prepares lines in advance to save time when switching between products (e.g., setting up different colors for inkjets, neck sleeve applicators, top label applicators, cap closers, starting sleeve lines, etc.), always in consultation with the Team Leader.
  • Ensures machines/lines remain in good condition and receive the necessary maintenance in collaboration with the technical team and line operators.
