SITE SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Meet with project clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deadlines.
- Assist project managers with documentation related to budgeting, scheduling, planning, and procurement processes.
- Manage project-related paperwork (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports) and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored.
- Prepare and review reports, proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between project clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Monitor project performance by tracking progress, resource utilization, and deliverables to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by project managers to support project objectives
