SITE ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical substation projects, preferably with SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) projects.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and cabling.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in site supervision.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and construction management practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: Experience with HV/MV substation installations and knowledge of local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- The Site Engineer (Electrical) is responsible for overseeing the implementation of electrical systems at substation project sites.
- This role involves coordinating with project teams, supervising installation activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
- The Site Engineer ensures timely execution of electrical works, resolves on-site technical issues, and liaises with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
