Sales Trainer
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or training role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train and motivate a sales team
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Familiarity with training tools and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales training programs and materials
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing sales staff
- Train sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Identify training needs and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with management to align training with business goals
- Prepare training reports and documentation
- Support ongoing development and skill enhancement initiatives
