Sales Services Staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Description:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
• Recommend bakery items and provide information about ingredients and allergens as needed.
• Accurately input customer orders into our POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Ensure orders are completed correctly and ready for pickup or delivery according to specified timelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
