Research and Development Manager

Qualifications:

• Must possess a university degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or BS Chemistry
• A master’s degree or post-graduate course in the related fields is not required but preferred.
• Knowledge and strong foundations in supply chain management.
• Must have good work experience of at least ten (10) years in any food manufacturing FMCG company
• Very good communication skills, Positive (can do, can be) attitude.
• Strong leadership, managerial skills and human relations handling capabilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mandated to determine, implement and monitor research and development strategies and priorities to support the organization’s commercial, policy, or research objectives.
• Will lead major research projects and provide research advice to the organization.
• Will oversee research activities and develop knowledge-based products for a company, develop research programs incorporating current
• developments to improve existing products, and study the potential of new products.
