Qualifications:
- 12 months of recruitment (agency/internal) experience highly regarded but not essential.
- 2 years sales experience in recruitment or related industry.
- Proficient computer skills.
Job Description:
- Pre-screen all job advertisements daily and shortlist potential candidates.
- Book candidates for face-to-face interviews.
- Ensure relevant interview information has been sent to all potential candidates.
- Determine candidate suitability, within 48 hours of their job application.
- Utilise Premium Talent Search daily.
- Become a Talent Search expert.
