RECREATION SUPERVISOR (FUTURE FAN)

Qualifications:

• With atleast 2-5 years experience in HOTEL.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, organization and management of Kids Place, Schools Out Activities, Day Camps, Preschool Extended Care, Klub Friday Night, family programs, teen programs & trips, general early childhood & youth programs.
• Ability to hire, train and supervise staff to result in quality programs.
• Ability to work effectively with volunteers, full-time, part-lime and administrative staff to reach the goals of the district.
• Knowledge of budgeting practices, and the ability to comprehend and determine these budgets for assigned program areas.
• Ability to work with the public in an effective manner
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
