Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Technically Qualified (HNC min) in Quality Surveying / Cost Management Consideration given to MEP
• Engineers with demonstrable commercial Express
• Experience with in MEP Contracting Organization
• Commercially astute, Numerate, risk averse and able to accurately forecast and sales.
• Multi-Tasking, Self-Motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Have a good practical organization skill, planning of resources and programme scheduling.
• Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities
• Computer Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Demonstrate Experience in EPC Contracts

Job Description:

• To Carry out monthly valuations off work in progress, including forecasting of final cost
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
• Measure value, submit and negotiate contracts variations.
• Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matter including reviewing and drafting of correspondence
• Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.
• Commercial vetting of subcontractor tenders and contracts.
• Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts
• Ensure that business commercial process are adhered to at project level
• Assist in preparation and adhere to project
• Purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
