PURCHASES SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Full coordination of local and foreign procurement operations and coordination with departments to provide various requirements.
• Coordinating with suppliers regarding purchase requests and specifications and receiving their offers according to the approved system.
• Review departmental requests for procurement, confirm them, document them, inform those concerned about them, and update you in the system.
• Preparing supplier data and updating it on an ongoing basis, Follow up on balances, accounts, and payment of suppliers, Follow up on purchasing representatives and drivers.
• Follow up on the implementation of supply contracts, Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
