MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Familiarity with basic office software and Professional demeanor
• Two years of relevant work experience
• With good Communications Skills

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct all calls and Greet all office guests
• Manage, clean and organize the front desk and Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
• Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge and Collect and sort all mail and packages
• Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
