MANPOWER AFFAIRS STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manpower affairs receiving and handling complain or manpower related issues , interaction thru email and site visit action
• Taken as per company procedure and co policies
• Manpower affairs study and analyzing complaints, escalate issues according to importance, monitoring, issue of disciplinary
• Execution as per labor legislations.
• Manpower affairs are responsible monitors problem, solving problem in timely manner. Process finalize workers cases
• Vacation, termination.
• Update report to supervisor.
