INSTRUCTOR PILOT

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Must be authorized to operate both the Bell 505 and the R44.
  • Graduated from a pilot university or a professional aviation school

Responsibilities:

  • To teach students how to fly R44/Bell 505 helicopters.
  • Ensuring student flying time is correctly recorded in the student’s personal file and logbook.
  • Has at least 2000 flying hours, of which at least 500 hours instructional, 100 hours Instrument with experience instructing in the IFR environment, 100 hours night.
  • Ensure the safety of the helicopter during operations and to maintain overall flight safety.
  • Provide instruction and guidance to students and other pilots.
  • Train students in helicopter flying, ensuring they meet the required standards and adhere to safety regulations.
  • This includes delivering flight instruction, completing necessary documentation, and mentoring students.
