Hydraulic and Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Experience in using hands and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic system diagrams and blueprints.
• Able to carry out maintenance, in diagnosing faults and repair hydraulic systems.
• Experience in Steel Structure Fabrication Industry preferable.
• In depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, Ability to read and interpret hydraulic diagrams & blueprints
• Observant and analytical, Good Communication Skills in English
• Strong practical and technical and problem-solving skills, Attention to details & accuracy, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair gear boxes, Inspect and repair all type of cylinders.
• Make daily report for Maintenance Supervisor.
• Reading, understanding and analysing hydraulic drawing.
• Ability to work as part of a team in multinational environment.
• Troubleshooting of critical mechanical and hydraulic machine (CNC machine) breakdowns.
• Responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, repairing or rebuilding hydraulic system for industrial machine.
• Responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, repairing or rebuilding pneumatic equipment to job specifications.
• Identifying and applying lubricants including oils, greases, graphite; installing lubrication equipment and components.
• To undertake any other duties as reasonably required by Maintenance Manager.
