Housekeeping Attendant

Qualifications:

• Good English Communication Skills
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
• Friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation

Responsibilities:

• Providing cleaning services to guest rooms and common areas, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and making beds
• Replenishing amenities such as towels and toiletries
• Stocking general housekeeping supplies and reporting any equipment malfunctioning
• Moving and arranging furniture and observing precautions to protect self and guest property
• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and guests’ needs are met
