HOSTESS SPECIALITY RESTAURANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Must be hardworking and flexible in any kind of work

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests to the venue and accomodate
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations lists to avoid any multiple bookings
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Passport
• Detailed RESUME
• Certificate of Employment ( if available)
