Our client CAS Recruitment Ltd is looking for Head Kitchen Assistant to work in Cyprus for TGI Friday’s (Thank God It’s Friday)

Head Kitchen Assistant

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of working experience as a restaurant manager with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations preferred. (Required).
• Those with previous experience in kitchen operations (purchasing & production) are preferred.
• Those with Hospitality Management and Culinary Degrees are a Plus
• Candidates with local or international TGI Friday’s work experience are preferred.
• Should be able to manage operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making, staff support, Guest interaction, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Should be able to maintain an accurate and up-to-date manpower plan of staffing
  needs.
• Should be knowledgeable in preparing schedules and ensure that areas of responsibility are staffed properly for all shifts.
• Should be able to staff, train, and develop hourly Team Members through ongoing feedback and coaching, the establishment of performance expectations, and by conducting performance reviews on a regular basis.
• Should be able to frequently interact with Guests to ensure they receive the Fridays Service Style experience; follow up on any issues and complaints they may have.
• Carefully observes kitchen operations and addresses any issues out of alignment promptly and directly.
• Demonstrates responsibility for purchasing, receiving, and storing food products, an inspection of local suppliers, use of correct products, and proper par levels to minimize food waste and optimize food cost.
• Excellent communication skills
• Newly renewed passport

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 88,000.00 gross monthly
