GROUP HEAD IT (IT HEAD)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Africa or Middle East or any international experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create a current state analysis of the IT environment with risk factors & highlight gaps in the system.
• Ensure the maintenance & timely implementation of software modules and coordination with vendor on a regular basis to upgrade & ensure effective functioning
• Provide technical consultation to management regarding software investments & providers
• Ensure user rights are provided, revoked and monitored on a regular basis as per current roles defined in the organization.
• Provide IT training to new joiners & existing employees, where new system upgradation has been introduced
• Introduce IT enhancements to further business, implement tracking MIS’ & provide tools to improve or support company business.
• Constant data reconciliation to ensure quality & updated data available to all system users
• Lead & supervise data security is maintained with constant monitoring of system usage across organization
• Maintain capacity Planning on all IT Assets
• Introduce new technologies that would enhance the business processes
