FEMALE RECRUITMENT MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a high-performing Recruitment Marketing Manager With minimum 5 Years of Experience in Recruitment for overseas (Land-based manpower) to help us meet our customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

An experience from Land-based Recruitment Agency dealing with employers or clients abroad is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of minimum experience in recruiting or similar HR role
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal presentation and communication skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Description:

• Communicates with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
• Researches into clients companies
• Researches into competitors and market places
• Defines job descriptions and document specifications
• Identifies prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Creates a candidate persona for each open position
• Conducts confidential interviews
• Builds long-term client relationships
• Researches and develops recruiting leads
• Develops a sustainable candidate lead strategy
• Advises clients on best recruiting practices
