Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Candidates must speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced estimating techniques to accurately determine project costs for commercial and luxury residential smart home & integrated technology projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Prepare and present estimates to management and clients, explaining assumptions and methodologies used.
• Research and analyze material and labor costs to ensure accuracy in estimates.
