Equipment Controller

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant maintenance & repair clerical experience.
• Experience as a maintenance coordinator in a heavy industry preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, web applications and any ERP software.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer the maintenance management system that includes data on equipment and service vehicles details, spare parts & other work order details.
• Support the Maintenance Planning & Engineering Team by providing their required equipment data such as an equipment running hours, history, etc.
• Prepare and follow-up preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability
• Gather and monitor gauge readings from equipment to collect data for PPMSC & Trend analysis.
• Produce and maintain various technical and other equipment maintenance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, or when required.
• Store documents reIated to equipment’s in digital format (EDMS) to enable efficient retrieval and to make these data accessible for multi users from multi locations.
• Attend to calls received regarding breakdown of equipment, and inform the relevant personnel or, when outside help is needed, find service providers to handle the work to facilitate quick corrective actions.
• Control the issuance of work orders to ensure effective implementation of maintenance programs.
• Monitor, follow-up and ensure all work orders are completed and entered into the maintenance database.
• Physically verify quantity and condition of equipment to update master list as and when required.
• Effective handling of petty cash float for equipment and service vehicles.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
