Qualifications:
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Experience in retail or bookstore sales is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-oriented, friendly, and presentable
- Willing to work shifts and flexible schedules
- Ability to work in a retail environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and selecting English books
- Provide information on book content, authors, and genres
- Promote featured and new book titles
- Maintain proper shelving, labeling, and organization of books
- Achieve sales targets and support store sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area
- Follow company policies and sales procedures
