• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Must have international wester cuisine experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef
• May determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Maintain assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Detailed Resume
• Certificate of Employment (from previous up to present employment)
• NBI Clearance
• Passport (with 3 years validity)
• Valid Driver’s License
