Qualifications:

• Skilled cook with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Proficient in Mediterranean, Italian, and Western cuisine
• Experience in a la carte, breakfast, banquet, and buffet service
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety, and quality management standards
• Ability to follow daily and weekly meal plans and maintain kitchen cleanliness
