COMMIS I – CURRY

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Asian cuisine- Chinese, Korean, Malaysian.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking a range of curry dishes, including meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetarian options.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared and organized according to recipes (mise en place).
• Monitor cooking times, consistency, spice balance, and portion control.
• Handle basic marination, sautéing, tempering (tadka), and gravy preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation and equipment at all times
