Chemical Engineer (experience in rubber/polymer)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• With experience in rubber/polymer related industries are preferred
• Those who have experience in working abroad are preferred
• Implement process improvements and best practices in latex storage, preparation, compounding and production
• Lead the root cause analysis and trouble-shooting of compounding and extrusion issues
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established tasks and KPIs
• Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations.
