BUILDING FABRIC/CIVIL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Experience in facilities maintenance within high-end environments.
• Solid understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Technical certification or vocational training in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team.
• Professional appearance, upholding Sindalah’s luxurious image.
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and high-quality repairs of building structures.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks for building fabric systems.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Coordinate with the Building Fabric/Civil Supervisor on major repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of service and safety.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
