Assistant Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Previous experience in a assistant management role in the fast-food or restaurant industry.
• Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in fast-food operations (e.g., point-of-sale systems).

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Assist in the management and supervision of restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance and feedback.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, food quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Team Development: Play a key role in team development by training and mentoring employees, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues when necessary.
• Shift Management: Supervise shifts, ensuring that staff follows operational procedures and maintains high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring revenue to achieve financial targets. Handle cash, perform audits, and manage cashiers as needed.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste to control expenses
