Arts and Crafts Salesman

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or arts & crafts sales is an advantage
• Knowledge of arts and crafts materials and supplies
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented, friendly, and presentable
• Willing to work shifts and flexible schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing arts and crafts supplies
• Provide information on product features, uses, and recommendations
• Promote new arrivals and featured items
• Maintain proper product display, shelving, and organization
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Coordinate with store staff for inventory and stock management
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area
• Follow company sales policies and procedures
