AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Airline Transport; Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics) or similar fields.
• Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/ Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionic Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of Cabin Maintenance working experience in Aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
• Exposure on wide bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform C and D aircraft heavy maintenance tasks as directed by a Certifying Licensed Engineer/Duty Supervisor
• Perform other tasks that may reasonably be requested by the Licensed Aircraft Engineer/Duty Supervisor
• To carry out routine aircraft servicing tasks as required in accordance with maintenance manual procedures, observing all safety procedures and manufacturers/company regulations.
• Depending on the discipline this may include conducting general visual
• The ability to understand the need for such equipment’s as references in the aircraft manufacturer’s manuals is essential.
• To ensure the maintenance of tools and equipment in the relevant work place and conducting safe working practices at all times.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
