(GWIP) was, from the on-set, established in the Philippines exclusively for Human Resource Development and also for export of unskilled, semi-skilled and highly skilled labour. It was, at the time of its inception in 1994, an off-shoot of one of the oldest Recruitment Agencies in the Philippines.
