Findstaff Placement Services, Inc. (FPSI) was founded in 1964 in Queen’s House, 28 Queen’s Road, Weybridge County of Surrey, England, United Kingdom, known as FINDSTAFF STAFF BUREAU. This was engaged in supplying Manpower to hotels and Hospitals in the Kingdom.

In 1972, however, when the Philippine Government opened its doors for the licensing of Private Employment Agencies, FINDSTAFF PLACEMENT SERVICES, INC., was organized as a corporation with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and thereafter was licensed by the PHILIPPINE OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATION (POEA) to engage in the recruitment and placement of Filipino workers to local and foreign principals. Since its incorporation, FPSI, had the privilege of deploying Filipino Migrant Workers to Europe, Middle East and Asian countries.

FPSI was conceived and organized by men of foresight, proven integrity and leadership. Staffed with professionally trained personnel in various phases of work in the recruitment and placement business. FPSI enjoyed the privilege of being listed in the Ministry of Labor & Employment and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration as one of the “Pioneers” in the recruitment industry. We have been among the first to realize the vast potential and advantage of placing FILIPINO in gainful employment overseas. The records similarly reflect that over the years, our reputation has been at the highest. To maintain this prestige, year after year, FPSI exerts all effort and had succeeded to enrich progressively its file of readily available applicants in various job categories. In its noblest desire to bring to the countryside its services and facilities, FPSI had envisioned and succeeded in establishing branch offices all over the Philippines. Moreover, offices in Virginia, USA, (ROE & Associates, LLC) Australia, (ROE Employment Services) and in Netherlands (OCAROL) were organized to act as FPSI’s foreign representatives in those places.
