Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in quality documentation and inspections.

QA/QC ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 42 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in QA/QC engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for preparing inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and handover documentation.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, engineering standards, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct inspections of construction activities, materials, and completed works to ensure compliance with approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action reports, inspection requests, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and applicable engineering codes and standards.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records and ensure proper documentation for project audits and client handovers.
• Analyze quality performance and recommend improvements to enhance project quality and operational efficiency.
• Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with company quality management systems.
• Promote continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to project safety and quality requirements.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 6,000 – AED 12,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
