The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality service.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a strong passion for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Restaurant Hostess

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or customer service industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Well-groomed appearance and ability to maintain a professional image.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Manage guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and reservations efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about menus, restaurant services, and dining options.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Coordinate with waitstaff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Monitor guest flow and assist in managing waiting times during busy periods.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Maintain an updated understanding of restaurant promotions, events, and special offerings.
• Ensure the reception and dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Follow company service standards, health and safety procedures, and hospitality guidelines.
